Smart Charger. The Performance Series charger supports simultaneous, multi-chemistry charging that allocates the most power to the highest-charged battery. Using a feature AB refers to as InterActivity, the charger communicates with the battery and assigns the best possible charge routine based on the battery’s cell chemistry. Anton Bauer also touts the Performance Series chargers as being 40% more efficient.

Four-Pin XLR Output. Enables powering of a camera or any other accessory from the charger. If you’re using wall power, you can simultaneously charge batteries. If you’re out in the field, you can use two V-Mount batteries to provide power through the charger.
