GoPro Protective Housing For HERO8 Black

The GoPro Protective Housing for is an optional add-on accessory that provides extra protection and dive depth than the camera’s housing alone. Key features include:

• Only compatible with the GoPro HERO8 Black

• 196-foot depth rating

• Additional protection in adverse shooting conditions

• Includes one waterproof backdoor and one skeleton backdoor

Dive Housing. The GoPro HERO8 Black has an integrated housing that’s waterproof down to 33 feet without additional protection. If you plan on diving deeper or don’t completely trust the camera’s waterproof seals, this protective housing is what you want. It has a 196-foot depth rating.

Super Suit. This housing isn’t just for expanding waterproof depth rating. GoPros are often used in potentially catastrophic situations, and a naked GoPro HERO 8 Black isn’t going to hold up on its own. The Super Suit Dive Housing offers additional protection in these instances.

Interchangeable Backdoors. With the rental you’ll receive (1) waterproof backdoor and (1) skeleton backdoor. The waterproof backdoor is not touch-sensitive, while the skeleton backdoor allows full access to the rear touchscreen at the expense of no longer being waterproof.

Compatibility. This housing is only compatible with the GoPro Hero8. It will not fit previous generation GoPros, but we do offer the alternatively.
