I’ll be the first to admit, I’m a lighting snob that cringes at cheap, inadequate lighting. With that said, I was blown away by the Lykos Bi-Color. Don’t get me wrong, it’s no . But if you need a panel-type soft light and have size restrictions, this is my first choice. It has about the same output as the old school LItepanels 1×1 LEDs in a package 1/4 of the size. Can it be used as a key light? Yes, we all used the old 1×1s didn’t we? All I’m saying is don’t be fooled by the Manfrotto name, that’s Litepanels wizardry inside (joint venture / same parent company).
