Total Perspective Control. The Nikon 45mm f/2.8D ED PC-E features 8.5° tilt, 11.5mm shift, and 90° rotation capabilities, allowing complete perspective control.
Very Sharp. It’s perfect for architectural and nature photography, and with three ED glass elements and Nano Crystal Coating, it’s amazingly sharp and flare resistant.
Requires Practice. Please note that mastering a perspective-control lens isn’t something that can be accomplished in an hour or two. If you don’t have experience with this type of lens, you’ll need a day or two with the manual to practice before tackling an important assignment.

If you want the ability to tilt and shift on a Nikon, this would be my first choice. The focal length is great for architectural work and some landscapes, plus the close focus ability lets you shoot pseudo-macro at 1:2 magnification which can be most useful with a tilt-shift. Distortion is minimal as is vignetting. Chromatic aberration is well controlled. Image sharpness is good, but not great, and clearly improves stopping down to f/5.6.
