Panasonic VariCam LT 4K S35 (PL Mount)

The Panasonic VariCam LT 4K S35 (PL Mount) is a Super-35 sensor digital cinema camera based on the high-end VariCam 35. This version includes a PL lens mount. Key features include:

• Internal 4:4:4 12-bit in 2K or 4:2:2 10-bit up to 4K

• AVC-Intra 4K and ProRes codec options using express P2

• Capture up to 60p in 4K or 240p in 2K plus PL lens mount compatibility

Single Super 35mm MOS Sensor. This camera has the same sensor as its larger cousin, the Varicam 35. It offers 14+ stops of dynamic range in V-Log and unique dual native ISOs of 800 or 5000.

4K and UHD Recording. The S35 offers 4K and UHD recording at up to 30p in the AVC-Intra 4K422 codec and up to 60p in the AVC-Intra 4K-LT codec. In lower resolutions and bit rates, this camera can record at speeds up to 240p.

Robust Lookup Table Support. V-Log internal recording is supported by features such as in-camera grading and the ability to upload pre-made LUTs. Operators can also apply those LUTs individually to specific outputs or even bake them into proxy files.

Internal Neutral-Density Filters and Removable Infrared Cut Filter. The S35 boasts built-in 0.6, 1.2, and 1.8 ND filters, as well as a removable IR cut filter for better low-light performance.

Active PL Mount. This kit includes an active PL mount for use with compatible cinema lenses. We also offer an EF-mount version.

Integrated Anton Bauer Plate. The camera body comes with an attached and wired Anton Bauer gold mount battery plate for portable power without messy external cables. We include one and one .
