Manual Focus with Focus-Confirmation Chip. The smooth manual focus ring works great for shooting stills and video. The lens includes a special chip that works with the camera’s focus confirm, auto exposure, auto metering, and auto white balance.
Ultra-Wide Angle. The Rokinon 14mm is provides a 114° angle of view on full-frame cameras, and a 90° angle of view on crop-frame cameras.
High-Quality Optics. With two extra-low dispersion elements, one hybrid aspherical element, and one glass aspherical element, this lens provides sharp images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberrations. Super Multi-Layer coatings and the built-in hood keep ghosting and lens flare at bay.
Creative Uses. You can take advantage of this ultra-wide angle lens’s extreme angle of view to capture very interesting images. This lens is commonly used for landscape and architectural photography, but you can also use it to shoot some rather interesting portraits. Its 10.79-in. minimum focusing distance makes it simple to exaggerate perspective.
