Ultra-Wide Conversion. When attached to the , the Sony 21mm Ultra-Wide Conversion Lens converts the normally FE 28mm lens to a 21mm ultra-wide, expanding the field of view from 75º to 92º while still covering full-frame sensors. Since it’s designed specifically for the FE 28mm, EXIF data is transferred to the camera. Please note that the 21mm Ultra-Wide Conversion reduces the maximum aperture of the lens to f/2.8.
Optics. The conversion lens is comprised of five elements in four groups and has minimal effect on image quality. The built-in petal hood helps to minimize lens flare.
Sony FE 28mm f/2 Required. This conversion lens requires the Sony FE 28mm f/2, which is a separate rental item. It will not mount to a camera without this host lens
