Tokina Cinema Vista 18mm T1.5 (EF)

The Tokina 18mm T1.5 Cinema Vista (EF) is a fast, EF-mount cinema prime lens that’s compatible with cameras using up to full-frame sized sensors. Key features include:

• Fast T1.5 aperture

Canon EF Mount. We carry this Vista Vision lens in several different mounts. This is the Canon EF-mount version.

Fast VistaVision Coverage. The Tokina Cinema VV Prime Lenses offer full-frame coverage, giving you a compact and lightweight lineup of cine lenses. They’re capable of delivering up to 8K resolution, and their fast T1.5 apertures give you depth-of-field control and low-light shooting flexibility.

Nine-Blade Aperture. A clickless nine-bladed iris gives exceptional round bokeh in out-of-focus areas. Such luxurious bokeh gives you a dreamy look when shooting wide open.

Standardized Features. All the lenses in Tokina’s Cinema Vista series have the same front lens diameters, focus, and iris ring positions. This allows for super-fast lens changes just by swinging your matte box and dropping your follow focus without moving their positions. Markings in feet appear on both sides making it easy for ACs and focus-pullers to do their jobs. The entire Cinema Vista series boasts the same standard 0.8 pitch gears and 114mm front diameters.

Minimal Focus Breathing. Tokina has gone to great lengths with the Cinema Vista lint to avoid “breathing.” We wish all cinema lenses would hold their breath as well as these Tokinas.
