Short Tele/Close Focus. The Zeiss Milvus ZF.2 100mm f/2M for Nikon serves as a dual-purpose lens. As a macro, it offers a 1:2 maximum magnification ratio and a 1.44-ft. minimum focusing distance. Printed magnification scales on the barrel side enable exacting adjustment. At 100mm, it serves as a great portrait lens, with the f/2 aperture allowing for good subject/background separation.

Advanced Optics. The Milvus 100mm ZF.2 Planar continues Zeiss’s pedigree of cutting edge optics. It uses two APO elements within a floating-elements system to ensure consistent image quality when working with close and distant subjects alike. The enhanced T* anti-reflective coating controls ghosting and flare for a color-neutral image that still flaunts that famous high micro-contrast “Zeiss look.”

High-Quality Build.
